Jeremy Goldstein is a big believer in giving back. In fact, he has been doing it throughout his career as an accomplished lawyer. There is one non-profit organization in particular that that Mr. Goldstein has donated his time and effort to. In 2008, Jeremy became the director for Fountain House, an organization based in New York City that helps men and women in their recovery from mental illness. With his help, Fountain House is able to help many more people get the resources they need to live a better, more functional life.
The New York attorney lent his services once again to Fountain House to host a luxurious dinner on the rooftop of the Nomad Hotel. The tickets go for $5,000 dollars a person to help support the non-profit organization. Upon arriving to the fancy dinner guests will be able to sip on vintage wine from E. Guigal as they can watch the beautiful New York City skyline. The dinner is scheduled to last four hours, from six to 10pm. Jim Finkel will be the guest of honor and will be celebrated during the dinner.
Fountain House has been in business since the mid 1940’s. It’s success is due to the highly successful program that the organization put in place. Four years after opening the non-profit organization, Fountain House was able to purchase a house in the city. It had a fountain in the yard, so it was named accordingly. They help provide a multitude of services to member, so they can live better lives. This includes housing, meals, education, employment, skill building, and so much more.
