Martin Hill is a regional operations director for Sussex Healthcare. He works at the Rapkyns Care Village which takes care of several elderly people. He is passionate about caring for the residents and making sure they have lives worth living while under the care of his company. He said that an illness recently went through both The Laurels and Sycamore Loge. He was grateful for all the hard work his staff performed making sure the residents were cared for and supported throughout this episode. Janie is well-known in the area as someone that doesn’t let her physical challenges stop her curiosity and always wanting to find out new information.
Janie wanted to have a meeting where all of the residents got to share their ideas, challenges, and wishes. John thought this was a fantastic idea and set up a meeting at the next opportunity.
