Career and Education Background
Rick Shinto has been involved in the structuring and development of several companies. He previously worked with PMC Medicare Choice and Aveta Inc as CEO before joining InnovaCare Health. He was instrumental in facilitating Aveta’s growth. Before it was sold, Shinto served on the company’s board as the chairperson. NAMM California recorded an increase in the sale of its healthcare solutions when Shinto was the company’s CEO.
Shinto was the CMO and head of operations at Medical Pathways Management Company. He was also employed by MedPartners for one year to serve as the corporate VP of its Medical Management department. Shinto relocated to Orange County, CA to work with Cal Optima Health Plan as its chief medical officer.
